HOSPITALITY ❘ LONDON
SIMOR LOUNGE & HOTEL
A Contemporary Urban Retreat — Social at Its Core, Refined in Every Detail.
Overall, the project delivers a hospitality environment that feels urban, social and assured — a destination lounge paired with a refined hotel offering, designed to perform commercially while offering guests a memorable, well-composed experience.
Set within a characterful North London streetscape, this boutique hotel and lounge project reimagines a traditional urban building as a contemporary hospitality destination with a strong social heart. The retained façade anchors the scheme within its historic context, while the interiors introduce a new layer of refinement, atmosphere and operational clarity.
The development comprises approximately 70 guest rooms, arranged to balance efficiency with comfort, and a signature first-floor lounge designed as the project’s social and experiential centre. The lounge operates as a flexible, all-day environment — equally suited to informal meetings, evening cocktails and relaxed dining — with a spatial language that feels confident, warm and quietly luxurious.
Interiors are shaped around a sense of understated elegance rather than overt statement. Rich materials, layered lighting and disciplined detailing create a cultivated ambience that feels familiar yet elevated. Seating is arranged to encourage both intimacy and energy, while carefully zoned layouts support smooth circulation and service flow.
Guest rooms continue this tone with calm palettes, tactile finishes and considered lighting strategies that prioritise comfort, rest and durability. The design balances aesthetic warmth with commercial practicality — robust materials, clear wayfinding and long-term operational performance underpin the guest experience.
